Flying Blue March 2026 Promo: Europe from Ottawa, Toronto, and Montreal

Flying Blue is the loyalty program for Air France, KLM, and select partner airlines. Members earn miles when flying or through partners, and those miles can be redeemed for flights, upgrades, and other perks.

One of the most valuable aspects of the program is the monthly Promo Rewards, which offer discounted award tickets on select routes. New Promo Rewards are released on the first day of each month, with discounts of up to 25 percent.

For March, Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto are featured, with strong business class deals to Europe starting at just 45,000 miles. Take note though that while Montreal and Toronto are included in this promotion, they come with a caveat, which we’ll explain below.

Read on to learn more, or visit Air France’s website below to search for redemptions!

Ottawa Promo

Business class redemptions from Ottawa to Europe are available for just 45,000 Flying Blue miles one way. This is a very competitive price for a transatlantic flight and represents one of the best values in this month’s Promo Rewards.

You can book your ticket in March and travel any time until August 31, 2026, giving plenty of flexibility to plan a spring or summer getaway.

See below for a few examples of redemption availability.

Montreal and Toronto Promo

Business class redemptions from Montreal and Toronto to Europe are also available for just 45,000 Flying Blue miles one way, but these redemptions are marked as “Extra Exclusive.” This means they are only available to Flying Blue Extra subscribers.

If you’re a Flying Blue Extra member, you’ll be able to see dates for redemptions similar to what’s showcased above for Ottawa.

Flying Blue Extra

In case you’re in Montreal or Toronto and interested in this redemption, Flying Blue Extra is a paid annual membership designed for frequent Air France and KLM flyers. It provides benefits such as:

  • Access to Extra Exclusive Promo Rewards
  • Bonus miles on paid flights
  • A set number of lounge passes each year

If you fly Air France or KLM regularly, the Extra program can quickly pay for itself and unlocks more opportunities to use your miles for valuable long-haul flights.

How Flying Blue Reward Tickets Work

Flying Blue Promo Reward tickets are easy to use but have a few conditions:

  • Tickets must be booked directly by Flying Blue members and are payable in miles.
  • Flights are operated by Air France and KLM, and may include connecting flights within Europe through Paris or Amsterdam.
  • Taxes and carrier surcharges are not covered by miles and must be paid separately.
  • Reward flights do not earn additional miles or elite credit.

For families traveling with infants or minors traveling alone, it is best to contact Flying Blue Customer Service before booking.

A Tip for Canadians

If you collect American Express Membership Rewards points, Flying Blue is a flexible option for redemption. Points transfer 1:1 to Flying Blue, making these Promo Rewards particularly attractive for Canadians who want to maximize value.

Final Thoughts

With business class flights to Europe from Eastern Canada starting at just 45,000 miles, Flying Blue’s March Promo Rewards provides a strong opportunity to plan a transatlantic adventure without breaking the bank. Montreal and Toronto travellers can still take advantage of deals via Flying Blue Extra, making it worthwhile for frequent flyers.

Availability is limited, so if Europe has been on your radar, it’s a good idea to act quickly and lock in your seat.
